Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker

Providing professional, personalized assistance in residential and commercial real estate transactions with additional attention, support and guidance for first time buyers. After all, it’s not just a house, it’s your home!

Residential real estate has been a passion of mine since my early teens. Whether I was looking for properties for myself, members of my family or friends, I have taken great pleasure in helping people find homes and investment properties as well as prepare their homes for sale.

Having purchased my first home in my mid-twenties, I recognize that it is an extremely exciting event in one’s life, but that it can also be very intimidating and stressful. I believe in providing first-time buyers with a positive experience where they feel supported and well guided. I am willing to invest extra time and effort to educate them in planning and executing the steps required to reach their dream of home ownership. I take the time to help clients analyze the costs associated with purchasing and maintaining a home and am dedicated to finding the perfect home for every client; one that they can comfortably afford and enjoy for many years to come.

I strongly believe that the house itself is but a small piece of your investment. As a homeowner, you are also making a social investment in the community and the life that it enables you to live with its amenities, services, activities, attractions and all that it has to offer its citizens.

Working primarily in the Montreal, Montérégie and Laval areas, I provide bilingual service to buyers and sellers. I grew up in Kirkland and have extensive knowledge of West Island municipalities as well as off island municipalities including those in the Ile Perrot and Vaudreuil regions.

Prior work experience as a field support representative, business systems analyst and software tester in the financial sector have allowed me to gain expertise in customer service, understanding of client needs, organization and analysis of information and attention to detail.

My commercial real estate license allows me to extend my services to clients looking to purchase or rent office, commercial or industrial space for their business as well as those looking to invest in or sell multiplexes.

I am a firm believer in community involvement and have been involved in various initiatives over the years, including providing household budgeting services for clients of the West Island Citizen Advocacy, acting as a member of the environmental advisory committee for the Town of Kirkland and am the primary organizer of an annual campaign to provide school bags and school supplies to underprivileged children.

When I’m not helping clients with their real estate needs, I teach future brokers in the Residential Real Estate program at John Abbott College. In my down time, I enjoy cooking and baking, working on home renovations with my husband, caring for our large fruit and vegetable garden and other outdoor activities.
