Our first experience buying a home started out super smooth: we got lucky and found a great-looking deal on our first day of visits. Andrew was super laid-back and friendly, picking us up and driving us around to the places since we don’t have our own car. Andrew made it feel almost like house-shopping with a friend, all the while still maintaining all of the professionalism one would expect. He quickly and easily handled the initial negotiations, and it looked set to be a simple matter of securing financing and signing the deed. But when some mixups at the bank prolonged the closing of the deal by over a month, Andrew successfully negotiated with the seller to extend the offer, not once but four times! Throughout that nightmare, Andrew was always just a phone call or text away, responding immediately pretty much every time, making sure all of our questions were answered and all of our concerns were addressed. We’ll definitely be calling Andrew when we start to expand further into investment properties!
