After our cottage had been on the market for one year with very little activity we decided to get the listing to Andrew Mitchell.

Andrew did a lot of marketing of the property, and we immediately started getting requests for visits. Andrew was very communicative, and he also was very present for the cottage visits which were an hour out of town. This was something that we had expressed was important to us, and we were very happy with Andrews responsiveness. The eventual buyer was very demanding, and Andrew took the lead in managing all the aspects of that transaction, including contacting the town for documentation and making the septic tank accessible.
We will definitely be using Andrew again for our next transaction.
